主要内容：

Exploration of exotic quantum states beyond the naturally existing matter is one of the central goals of quantum simulation. The spatiotemporal control provides powerful and versatile tools to engineer exotic topological phases of matter beyond static regime. The recent theoretical study of dynamical Hopf insulators is the distinguished representative. In this talk, I will demonstrate the experimental realization of Hopf fibration. We use a complete Bloch state tomography to directly map out the hopfion and observe the structure of Hopf fibration. Further, the nonzero Hopf number is extracted.

个人介绍：

张进一，中国科学技术大学特任研究员。2008年本科毕业于河南师范大学，2013年博士毕业于中国科学技术大学。2014-2019年先后在法国波尔多大学和英国剑桥大学做博士后，2020年在中国科学技术大学做访问学者，2021年入职中国科学技术大学特任研究员。主要研究方向是超冷原子量子模拟实验。目前，共发表包括Science，Nature Physics，Physical Review Letters在内的高水平论文9篇。
